Adam and I spent a fabulous weekend in Vegas a few days ago with Mike and Maria to celebrate a great year for our company. We had a great time eating, drinking, shopping and went to see Phantom of the Opera at the Venitian. Vegas is definately worth going just for all the fantastic food and all the hotels were decked out for the holidays...they were beautiful. I couldn't get enough. On Saturday night we went to the House of Blues Foundation Room for dinner at the very top of the Mandalay Bay - one of the greatest views in Vegas (and the only time I took pictures all weekend!).
